Lia Ballard, Yearbook Staff
Lia Ballard, sophomore, is in her first year of publications and is a photographer and reporter for The Blaze yearbook.
Ballard found her interest in photography starting at a young age. Whether it’s taking photos of her family dog or pictures of the trees, she always has a camera in her hand.
Ballard is also an active member of her school. She sings for Indian Trail’s choir and participates in student council. She also plays for Kenosha Storm’s lacrosse team.
In her free time, Ballard enjoys helping out within her church and takes e-school classes to gain extra credits. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and loved ones.
As of right now, Ballard is unsure of what she wants to do after high school but knows she wants to give back to her community in the best way possible.
“Yearbook feels like one big family,” Ballard said. “I’m so excited to work together on the book and see the result!”
