After the teachers win a tug of war against the freshmen, Mr. Patrick Connors cheers in victory. Connors was positioned at the front of the rope and let go shortly after it was pulled across the line. “My energy really flowed downwards like a mighty river to all the other teachers,” Connors said. “It gave us that surge of adrenaline we needed to crush the underclassmen.”

Danielle Douglas, Yearbook Staff
Danielle Douglas, junior, is photojournalist and reporter for the yearbook. This is her first year in publications.
Douglas had always had a passion for writing, but later developed a passion for being a photographer after taking a photojournalism class in her sophomore year. She hopes to pursue photography as part of her career in the future.
Aside from yearbook, Douglas hangs out with her friends and family. She also stays busy with her job on the weekends. Douglas is always listening to music, and was part of the Indian Trail choir her freshman and sophomore year.
“The feeling of looking at the photos you’ve taken and knowing that you’ve done something so amazing is indescribable,” Douglas said.
She wants to thank Brennan McKnight and her parents for showing her neverending support and always wanting the best for her.
