Ben Johnson is a junior and is currently in his first year on staff.

He works as a spread designer as well as a reporter for The Blaze yearbook.

Johnson is currently working for a family owned water restoration company called, “The Dry Guys”. He is involved in many school activities including musical theater, Indian Trail’s Chorale choir, boys volleyball, National Honors Society, Link Crew and International Thespian Society. He received a certificate of excellence from KUSD, recognizing him for earning a Spirit Award at the 2022 Jerry Awards for the KUSD Theatre Arts production of Bright Star.

In the free time that he seldom gets, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music and drawing. He also hopes to pursue music and fine arts as a future career or profession.

“I am thankful for all the members of the Blaze staff for their willingness to work with my insane schedule and be the most welcoming people in my first year on staff,” Johnson said.
