Jayli Castanuela, Podcast Staff
Jayliani Castanuela (12) is a reporter and host for Hawk Talk Productions, where she creates fascinating episodes that dig into the mysterious world of true crime. She is a co-editor, along with Antwonae Haney, behind a crime podcast Criminal Theory.
Castanuela is an active member in her school’s community. She’s a member of Link Crew where she supports and guides new students. She is also passionate about women’s empowerment and takes part in activities to inspire young women. Castanuela is also a member of Student Council where she brings her ideas and skills to make a positive impact in the school community.
She also has a passion for volunteering. Any chance she gets, she loves to lend a helping hand to make a difference in her community.
Castanuela plans to attend Gateway Technical College where she will be majoring in Aviation & Aeronautics.
