Amra Isaki is a senior and it is her first year on The Blaze staff. She is a co-copy editor, proofreads everyone’s stories, and helps make any necessary corrections.

Isaki expressed her interest in journalism after taking a Journalism class in her junior year as part of the Communications Academy curriculum. 

Isaki enjoys reading in her free time, watching TV shows, and listening to podcasts and music. She also takes time to volunteer at the Albanian American Islamic Center.

“I like journalism because of how unique and different it is compared to other writing styles,” Isaki said.
